General Terms and Conditions

All the prices for sale on this site are inclusive of VAT, delivery will be charged in addition (please see "Shipping") and any such charges will be displayed clearly where they apply. Prices & delivery charges are only valid and effective in mainland United Kingdom. Discount Panels cannot accept any order until payment is received in full, including delivery charges. Upon receipt of payment, we will then contact you by the email address you have provided on your order to confirm the order and the estimated delivery date. Whether or not you accept the email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

Discount Panels are happy to exchange or refund the price for any product purchased from our website if it is returned unused, in packs and within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions, products which are made to measure, cut to size or mixed, cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty). A 15% re-stocking charge will apply as in addition to any collection costs incurred. You must provide an original sales receipt as proof of purchase. All credits must be refunded back the same way and to the same details as the original purchase to enable us to combat fraud. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund with or without a receipt.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items incorrectly priced. No contract exists between Discount Panels and the consumer until an email is sent by Discount Panels confirming acceptance of the order or an email sent by Discount Panels confirming despatch.

If the product is faulty we will offer you an exchange or refund in accordance with your legal rights. If help is required please call our sales team or contact us via email to arrange the return of the product to Discount Panels, free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you purchase a product from us that we deliver to you, you may cancel the order or any part of it for any reason before delivery or within 14 days after delivery by returning the product to us, you will also need to include your original sales receipt and advise us of your payment method. To do this please calls our sales team or email us for this to be arranged. This is subject to the following; the product must be unused, as new, in a saleable condition and in full un-opened packs. We will require your original sales receipt and original payment method. You will receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding delivery costs) & 15% re-stocking charge will be applied as well as any additional collection costs.
